Many unit owners have a Foxtel connection.
Foxtel and NBN can be/are delivered to a unit by separate HFC cables. It’s not certain that NBN will now supply its service by copper phoneline (formerly ADSL).
In units without Foxtel it seems possible that the coax cable running to all units for digital television could be used for NBN instead, in which case an indoor antenna would be used to provide a TV signal. An excellent line of sight signal is available from the transmitter at Kings Cross.
If for eastern units it is necessary for NBN to run a cable across the lobby this cable or its duct must not be visible. Ideally it will be run in the ceiling cornice.
