Lift Breakdowns
Any resident can ring Electra Lifts direct on 9667 4826.
Note whether Lift No.1 or Lift No.2 when you make your call
Strata Manager to be notified if moving in or out
This must be done at least two days in advance of the move.
If the desired moving time is not reserved, it might be that another truck has taken the spot.

Waste Management (Rubbish Removal)
Keys for all residents:
All residents should have fobs for lifts and to open electrically operated doors, building key to access lobbies from stairwells, plus one or two garage door remotes depending on whether you have one or two car spaces
Storage Cage:
Each apartment has a storage cage in the basement
