Item 4 notes that there must be absolutely no movement of tools, equipment or materials through the Ground Floor lobby. All access is to be via the basement carpark.
Thus, if a delivery vehicle is parked in the Visitors Carpark at the rear of the property, such items must be carried down the stairs from that carpark into the basement and through to Lift No.2.
A delivery vehicle might park temporarily on the west side of the Upper Pitt Street entrance ramp and items taken through the carpark from there.
A delivery vehicle might also park in the basement car space of the lot being renovated. In this case it should be noted that the clearance at the basement entrance is low and the driver should be aware that the height of his vehicle will be greater when it is empty than when it arrives loaded. Where there is little clearance it might be advisable for the vehicle to back out of the garage.
