Rules relating to use of the Visitors Parking Area
The Visitors Parking Area is for genuine visitors only and is not for the use of residents. A genuine visitor will be provided access to the Visitors Parking Area by a lot owner for the sole purpose of visiting the lot owner. Access is not to be provided to day parkers.
All apartments include one or two basement car spaces, depending on the strata plan.
Residents must not park additional vehicles in the Visitors Car Park.
Trucks:
Trucks must be less than 2 tonnes in weight.
Larger trucks must not park in the Visitors Car Park. They must park in front of the Upper Pitt Street garage entrance.
