Agents must:-

1. notify the Strata Manager of a new lease, as per the Act
2. give at least 2 days notice to the Strata Manager of a tenant moving in or out
3. not tell a tenant that they can use the Visitors Parking area and they must include this restriction in leases.  Residents must not park in the Visitors Car Park.
4. give tenants:

   – Rules for Moving In or Out
   – Rules relating to use of Visitors Parking Area
